Grandview Heights' Tatum Lusher is OSU Wexner Medical Center high school Athlete of the Week
In a vote that ended Dec. 22, Dispatch.com readers selected the The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center high school Athlete of the Week for competitions that took place from before Dec. 17.
This week's winner is Grandview Heights basketball player Tatum Lusher.
Lusher had 31 points, 10 rebounds and nine steals in a 67-45 win over Westland and 27 points, 12 rebounds and eight steals in a 50-46 win over Whitehall.
Lusher received 51.1% of the vote and was followed by New Albany basketball player McKenna Stultz, who received 44.8% and Johnstown basketball player Kylie Sharp (2.9%).
Stultz made a game-winning 3-pointer in a 47-46 win over DeSales.
Sharp scored 24 points in a 53-39 win over Licking Heights.

Nominations are due Monday mornings for competitions that took place the previous week.
Anyone can nominate an athlete through Twitter tagging @BrianWhite13 or by email to bwhite1@dispatch.com.
Once athletes win during the regular season, they're not eligible to be back on the ballot until the postseason. Athletes who have not been a recipient of one of the weekly awards can be nominated more than once.
