Girls soccer: Here are the 2023 All-North Jersey teams

After an exciting season, the following players have been selected to the 2023 All-North Jersey girls soccer teams.

The North Jersey Girls Soccer Player of the Year will be announced at the North Jersey High School Sports Awards show in June. All first-team players are nominees for Player of the Year.

FIRST TEAM

Bridget Carr

Ramapo senior goalie

The Boston University commit was one of the breakout stars of the season with an .894 save percentage in her first year starting. That led all Big North goalies and held Ramapo opponents to 13 goals in 20 games.

Grace Dalessandro

Immaculate Heart junior goalie

Dalessandro turned in an excellent season with an .861 save percentage and played some of her best soccer when it matter most. She lifted the Blue Eagles to a Bergen County title by stopping 22 of 23 shots across the tournament.

Gabriela Berrios

DePaul junior defender

Berrios helped DePaul shut out all three Passaic County tournament opponents after training with the Puerto Rico U20 team this offseason. She added two goals and three assists for the Big North United co-champs.

Audrey Campbell

Northern Highlands junior defender

Campbell broke out this year for the sectional champs while rotating between center and outside back. She took on some of the toughest assignments in Bergen County, guiding the Highlanders to 13 shutouts and a trip to the BCWCA finals.

Katie Rubin

Ramsey junior defender

Rubin was right in the middle of a defense that allowed a North Jersey-best 10 goals over 22 games. She showed calmness on the ball and good tackling skills for the state champion Rams.

Megan Weiss

Wayne Hills senior defender

With star forward Sophia Bradley sidelined or limited for most of the season, it was up to the Patriots defense to step up. Weiss certainly did so in her fourth year on varsity, captaining a first-place team that allowed 12 goals in 20 games.

Jasmine Ouatu

DePaul junior midfielder

Ouatu was a major catalyst for the the No. 1 team in North Jersey with her playmaking down the left wing. She picked up team-highs of 19 goals and 11 assists and made the box score in all but three games.

Amanda Polyniak

Pascack Valley senior midfielder

The Cornell commit paired up with her younger sister Allie to provide a dynamic duo for the Big North National champions. The hard-working senior had 14 goals and 13 assists in her fourth season on varsity and third as an all-county recipient.

Isabella Winn

Ridgewood senior midfielder

The UCLA commit was the ultimate winner with her ability to steal the ball back, break down the defense and crush a shot from either foot. She finished with 20 goals and seven assists while leading Ridgewood to its third straight sectional title.

Alex Barry

Immaculate Heart senior forward

The Princeton commit capped her high school career by scoring 21 goals and eight assists with a powerful shot and the strength to ward off defenders. She carried the Blue Eagles to their first county title in nine years by collecting a point on all three goals in the final.

Nina Davis

Ramsey senior forward

Davis took her game to another level this year with 24 goals and 15 assists on the way to a state title. Her ability to change tempo and find openings was especially crucial in the state tournament, when the Seton Hall commit picked up seven goals in six games.

Abby Incorvaia

Waldwick junior forward

The Syracuse commit matched a career high with 34 goals and added 15 assists for the top-scoring offense in North Jersey. She reeled off four straight hat tricks to start the year and never looked back while earning a share of the NJIC Patriot title.
