Giants help Section 1 kick off girls flag football season with annual jamboree at Somers

Some quality time with Daniel Jones and his Giants teammates on Tuesday again kicked off the girls flag football season.

Teams from across the Lower Hudson Valley were on hand at Somers High School for the annual Section 1 Girls Flag Football Jamboree. A clinic with New York Giants players was the primary draw, but participants also headed into the auditorium for an impactful discussion of career opportunities for women in the NFL conducted by a panel that has blazed that trail.

Giants wide receivers Jalin Hyatt and Bryce Ford-Wheaton were also on hand to share knowledge.
