Furkan Korkmaz out, Danuel House Jr. in for Sixers vs. Warriors

The Philadelphia 76ers will continue their 7-game homestand on Friday when they play host to the defending champion Golden State Warriors. The Dubs will not be at their best as they will be missing Steph Curry, Andrew Wiggins, and Draymond Green, but they’re still the Warriors.

The Sixers will still be missing Tyrese Maxey due to a left foot fracture so Philadelphia will not be 100% either. They also will be missing a key reserve in Furkan Korkmaz who will miss the matchup with the Warriors due to a non-COVID illness.

While Korkmaz is out, the Sixers will welcome Danuel House Jr. back to the lineup. House Jr. missed three games due to a left foot laceration.

Korkmaz had essentially taken House Jr.’s spot in the rotation so now that he’s out, House Jr. will then get his spot back.

Tipoff from the Wells Fargo Center is set for 7:30 p.m. EST.
