Former Titans OT Isaiah Wilson suspended for 3 games

The Tennessee Titans’ 2020 first-round pick, Isaiah Wilson, is infamously known for being arguably the biggest draft bust in NFL history, and at the very least, it’s more than fair to say he’s the biggest in Titans history.

Wilson only logged four snaps in his NFL career and was eventually traded to the Miami Dolphins at the conclusion of his rookie season for pennies on the dollar after running into multiple off-the-field issues, which included  multiple run-ins with the law.

You then combine those real-life issues with his lackadaisical approach to being a professional football player, and what you get is one of the most disastrous draft picks in league history.

Sadly, Wilson’s situation doesn’t appear to be getting better. The former first-round pick was somehow suspended for the first three games of the 2023 season despite the fact that he hasn’t been on a roster in almost two years following a brief stint on the New York Giants’ practice squad in 2021.

Specific details weren’t released as to how this happened, but it’s a safe bet that it’s probably another case of Wilson making bad decisions, which is ultimately why his NFL career was over before it ever even began.

In all seriousness, let’s hope Wilson gets the help he desperately needs so he can finally stop self-sabotaging himself more than he already has.
