After dining at the Holy Grail Tavern & Grille in Cincinnati, the receiver formerly known as "Ochocinco" left his server a $1,000 tip on a $416 meal. He also included a note on the bottom of the receipt that read, "I am the best Fifa player in the world!!"

Johnson posted an image of the signed check to Twitter/X afterward with the caption, "Proverbs 11:25 💫 (fifa edition)."

According to the New International Version of the Bible, Proverbs 11:25 says the following:

"A generous person will prosper;whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."

Chad Johnson has a history of $1,000 tips

Johnson left a similarly generous tip at the same Cincinnati restaurant in January of this year ahead of the Bengals' matchup with the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Wild Card Round. Like he did Sunday, Johnson posted the receipt to Twitter/X and captioned it "Proverbs 11:25 💫 (Bengals Edition)."

In Aug. 2022, Johnson also left a $1,000 tip at a restaurant in North Carolina, citing the same Bible verse in the caption. His note on the receipt at the time said, "I once scored 6 touchdowns in Madden using myself."
