Final Jets injury report: QB Mike White, three offensive linemen among six ruled out

Six Jets have been ruled out for the regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins. Of those six, three are offensive linemen, including both starting tackles.

Duane Brown (shoulder), George Fant (knee) and Nate Herbig (calf) are all out for Sunday. Also not playing are Mike White (ribs), Lamarcus Joyner (hip) and Brandin Echols (quad). With White out, Joe Flacco will start and Zach Wilson will be the backup.

Among those listed as questionable are Ashtyn Davis (ankle), Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (knee), C.J. Uzomah (ankle) and Jordan Whitehead (hamstring). Davis, Uzomah and Whitehead are expected to play.

With three offensive linemen out, the Jets currently have just six available on the active roster:

  • Laken Tomlinson

  • Connor McGovern

  • Dan Feeney

  • Cedric Ogbuehi

  • Mike Remmers

  • Laurent Duvernay-Tardif

The Jets also have four offensive linemen on the practice squad. For a team to carry 48 players on game day, they have to dress eight offensive linemen, which would mean the Jets would have to elevate two linemen from the practice squad.

  • Chris Glaser

  • Adam Pankey

  • Sam Schlueter

  • Eric Smith

The starting five up front for Sunday is looking like Ogbuehi and Remmers as the tackles, Tomlinson at one guard spot, either Feeney or Duvernay-Tardif at the other and McGovern at center.

Update: Jordan Schultz of The Score is reporting one of the practice squad elevations will be Eric Smith.
