The Philadelphia Eagles are striving to build upon their success and bolster their roster by adding dynamic playmakers in the 2024 NFL Draft next week.

The Eagles made some big moves in the offseason. Philadelphia signed running back Saquon Barkley for three years to bolster their offense. With their three early draft picks at Nos. 22, 50, and 53 overall, they will look to sign players to address weaknesses on both sides of the ball.

Here are the potential NFL Draft prospects who the Philadelphia Eagles could draft in the first round for the upcoming season.

NFL cut candidates: Russell Wilson, Jamal Adams among veterans on shaky ground

2024 NFL mock draft: Eagles prediction

USA Today's Middlehurst-Schwartz: Tyler Guyton, OT, Oklahoma

Guyton's Senior Bowl performance has earned him a higher ranking on mock drafts. Guyton possesses an ideal combination of wingspan, athleticism, and height (6 feet 7 inches), making him a perfect fit for an NFL offensive tackle position. Although he may not be the best run blocker on the list, his pass blocking is exceptional, making him a promising candidate for a team to develop.

Middlehurst-Schwartz writes: "Even though three-time All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson made it clear he plans to keep on playing, general manager Howie Roseman still might be drawn to finding the 33-year-old's eventual successor. What better long-term option is there than Guyton, a fellow Sooners product who is already being mentored by Johnson and could continue to learn the finer points of the position as he sits behind the veteran?"

B/R Scouting Department's Cory Giddings: Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa

Cooper DeJean is a talented athlete who has been praised for his impressive combination of size and speed. He has a keen ability to read potential plays and anticipate the actions of the quarterback and receivers. However, there are concerns about his season-ending injury, and it is currently unclear when he will be able to return to full strength.

Giddings writes: "He showed his explosive overall athletic ability that flashed during the season. He has the necessary speed to run with most receivers and the added ability of being a premium returner at the next level."

NFL Media's Chad Reuter: Graham Barton, C, Duke

Graham Barton is a fast-breaking center with good core strength and the ability to jump into position quickly. He is a strong run-blocker but has inconsistent strike times, which could be problematic at the next level.

Reuter writes: "If the Raiders and Saints pass on Barton, then the Eagles could move up to get a leader on the offensive line. His athleticism, toughness and football IQ could allow him to step in at multiple spots, likely combining with Cam Jurgens and Landon Dickerson in the interior. Despite his lack of length (32 7/8-inch arm), his play at left tackle over the past three years shows he can move outside if injuries hit that part of the depth chart."
