Elevate Acquires Search Firm SRI to Launch Elevate Talent
Sports consulting practice Elevate has acquired executive search firm SRI and will launch Elevate Talent, an executive search and global talent advisory firm, the company announced on Thursday.
Elevate Talent will support companies seeking to optimize organizational performance and access leaders from across sports, entertainment, media, lifestyle, technology, and gaming. The company will be lead by former SRI chief Jim Chaplin, while Elevate executive Liz Moulton will serve as chairman.

The launch follows the acquisition of SRI, a executive search and talent optimization firm operating in 14 cities across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Since its founding in London in 2001, SRI has supported over 1,000 organizations around the world and its clients include every English Premier League team, Disney, Ferrari and the WTA.
Elevate is led by Al Guido, also president of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers, who play the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 58 Sunday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Chaplin, formerly chief executive of SRI, will become global president of Elevate Talent. In his 14 years at the helm of SRI, Chaplin and his management team have spearheaded the company’s transformation from a UK-based sports specialist firm to a global leader in the executive search space.
