Drake women's basketball team signs three high school players to 2024 recruiting class
The Drake women’s basketball team signed three members to its class of 2024 Wednesday.
Maggie Taylor, Peyton McCabe and Grace Knutson signed letters of intent to play for the Bulldogs.
Taylor is a 6-foot-2 forward from South Dakota, has averaged 15 points, 11 rebounds and two assists per game.
McCabe, a 5-6 guard from Blair, Neb., has averaged nearly 15 points and three rebounds while shooting over 40% from 3-point range throughout her first three seasons.
Knutson, 5-10 guard from Cedar Falls, owns the school record for made 3-pointers in a season (65) and is only six away from the all-time mark. During her junior year, she averaged 21 points, six rebounds and three assists per game.
