Devils trade Colin Miller to Jets for fourth-round pick

The Winnipeg Jets and New Jersey Devils made a second deal ahead of Friday’s NHL trade deadline, with New Jersey trading defenseman Colin Miller in exchange for a 2026 fourth-round pick.

Miller, 31, joined the Devils ahead of this season, recording eight points – four goals, four assists – and 24 penalty minutes in 41 games this season.

He joins fellow teammate, Tyler Toffoli, who was also sent to Winnipeg earlier in the day in a separate trade that netted the Devils two more draft picks.

The Devils’ decision to sell at the deadline comes after a disappointing 2023-24 season in which they entered Friday in sixth place in the Metropolitan Division.
