Detroit Pistons' Isaiah Stewart to miss at least 10-14 days with ankle sprain
Another player has joined the Detroit Pistons' injury list.
Isaiah Stewart is expected to miss at least 10-to-14 days with an ankle sprain, the team confirmed on Thursday. He exited their win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday with 9 minutes remaining after rolling his left ankle. He was diagnosed with a left ankle sprain and missed Detroit's road loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski was first to report Stewart's status.
It's the fourth time this season that Stewart, who has started 34 games this season, has landed on the injury report. He missed Detroit's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Jan. 6 with a left ankle sprain, eight straight games in December and January with a great right toe sprain and two games in December with a shoulder sprain.

The fourth-year big is averaging 11 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists and shooting a career-high 37.4% from 3 as Detroit's starting power forward. He has also played center in smaller lineups. His latest injury will likely keep him out through the All-Star break, which starts on Feb. 15 for the Pistons.
Mike Muscala, who left Wednesday's game early in the first quarter with a head injury, has entered the league's concussion protocol, the Pistons announced Thursday. There is no timetable set for his return. Muscala has played in seven games with the Pistons since he and Danilo Gallinari were acquired via trade from Washington. The 6-foot-10 big man is averaging 3.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in 12.1 minutes since the trade.
