Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow ruled out with knee injury vs. New Orleans Saints

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff talks to center Frank Ragnow before a play against the Chicago Bears during the first half at Ford Field in Detroit on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023.

Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow was downgraded to out after suffering a left knee injury during the second quarter of the game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

Ragnow limped off the field and was carted from the sideline to the locker room because players fell into the back of his legs while he was engaged in a block on a run play.

Graham Glasgow slid from right guard to center to replace him and rookie Colby Sorsdal entered the game between Glasgow and Penei Sewell.

Ragnow has been one of the anchors of Detroit's offensive line all season amidst injuries at every position besides right tackle. He missed the Week 8 win over the Las Vegas Raiders with a toe injury, which he has dealt with for years.
