D.J. Fluker claims hack after tweet says he took money from agents

It’s just over 48 hours before the biggest moment of your young life. On Thursday, your name will be announced during the first round of the 2013 NFL draft. A financial windfall is imminent. Everything is about to change.

So the big question is how do your spend those remaining few hours before making the transition from unemployed former collegiate athlete to NFL star?

Do you:

A) Tweet stupidity

B) Claim the stupidity spewing forth from your twitter account is the result of hackers OR…

C) None of the above

In the case of Alabama Crimson Tide offensive tackle D.J. Fluker, the answer is B.

The 22-year-old can expect to face more than a few questions on Wednesday—THE DAY BEFORE THE DRAFT—after the following tweet appeared on his feed late Monday night/early Tuesday morning.

“Yea I took $ n college so wat. I did wat I had to do. Agents was tryin to pimp me so I pimped them. Cast da 1st stone.”

The tweet has since been deleted, but you can check out a screenshot of it by clicking here, thanks to Spencer Hall of SB Nation.

This is the part of the story where I’m supposed to write a witty closing paragraph, but I think Fluker has already expounded enough creativity for the both of us.
