Costlow, Masserant voted Monroe County Region's best of week

Whiteford’s Kolby Masserant and St. Mary Catholic Central volleyball player Jessica Costlow have been voted the Monroe County Region’s best of the week for Nov. 6-12.

Costlow was the big winner for the week, pulling in a massive 636 votes in the Monroe County Athlete of the Week poll. That was more than three times as many as Dundee swimmer Joslyn Ball, who took second place.

Masserant was voted as the Region Football Player of the Week. He drew 53 votes, to finish 14 ahead of runner-up Jack Mills of Airport.
