Colonel Crawford's Vogt, Degray earn All-Ohio honors in Division IV
COLUMBUS - They were instrumental to their team's success this season stepping into much larger roles and thrived.
Colonel Crawford senior Trevor Vogt and sophomore Payne Degray helped the Eagles to a Northern 10 championship and run to the district title game before ultimately finishing as runner-up.
For their efforts, they both garnered some of the highest recognition one can attain in basketball earning All-Ohio honors in Division IV as announced by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association.
Vogt was a special mention averaging 15.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.2 blocks per game shooting 40.3% from the field. Degray was an honorable mention after averaging a double-double for most of the season, he finished with 13.7 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 61.6% from the field.
