Cleveland Cavaliers president Koby Altman is runner-up for NBA executive of the year

Cleveland Cavaliers president of basketball operations Koby Altman came in second place in voting for NBA basketball executive of the year.

Altman lost out to Sacramento Kings general manager Monte McNair, who claimed 16 first-place votes and 98 total points.

Altman received seven first place votes and seven second place votes for a 63-point total. Utah’s Justin Zanik came in third.
