Class of 2024 point guard Christian Bliss committed Friday to the Virginia Cavaliers.

Bliss visited Xavier last month, and the Musketeers, UVA, Villanova Wildcats and Miami Hurricanes were among four finalists for the Newtown (Pa.) George School standout, according to his Twitter post.

247sports.com's Travis Branham wrote that Bliss said he would love to play again with high school teammate Kachi Nzeh, one of the four Class of 2023 players to have signed letters of intent to play for the Muskies.

"Xavier was one of the first schools to believe in me," Bliss said, per on3sports.com's Joe Tipton. "I really like coach Sean Miller and their style of play. Just the success he's had with guards like me, is really impressive."

Tipton added that Bliss was averaging 9.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game for the PSA Cardinals on the EYBL Circuit.
