Chop Robinson has Seahawks on his list of pre-draft visits
It is no secret the Seattle Seahawks are in dire need of defensive line help. Their rush defense was among the worst in the league (again) last year, and while their pass rush was solid, there is no such thing as too many good pass rushers. This is definitely a position the Seahawks will need to address in the upcoming 2024 NFL draft.
Could one such prospect be Penn State’s own Demeioun “Chop” Robinson? The Nittany Lion standout is currently scheduled for a visit with the Seahawks, among several other teams.

Chop Robinson’s career may have started with the Maryland Terrapins, but his final two seasons at the collegiate level were spent with Penn State. During his time in Happy Valley, Robinson recorded 41 total tackles (17.5 of which went for a loss) and 9.5 sacks. His efforts earned him Honorable Mention All-Big Ten Conference in 2022 and First-team All-Big Ten Conference in 2023.
His official draft profile lists his exceptional athleticism, comparing him to Micah Parsons and Myles Garrett in terms of speed. However, it also mentions he needs to improve his hand skills when attacking NFL caliber tackles.
