What channel is Nashville Predators' game on today? Time, TV schedule for Preds-Sharks game

The Nashville Predators return on Saturday to Bridgestone Arena to face the San Jose Sharks.

The Preds (2-3-0) had an excellent response to Tuesday's 6-1 home loss to Edmonton by winning 4-1 at the New York Rangers on Thursday.

The Sharks (0-3-1) are still searching for their first win of the season, earning their lone point in a shootout loss to Colorado last Saturday.

It's the first season for coach Andrew Brunette and GM Barry Trotz in their positions in Nashville, though Brunette was a player in the Preds' early days and Trotz was the team's first coach.

There are some new faces to learn, both veterans and younger players. Ryan O'Reilly and Gus Nyquist are among the veteran additions, while young forwards Luke Evangelista and Juuso Parssinen made the opening night roster after cameos last season.

Nashville missed the postseason last season for the first time since 2014, and the offseason was one of change with Brunette and Trotz taking over for John Hynes and David Poile while high-priced veterans Matt Duchene (via a buyout) and Ryan Johansen (via a trade) went elsewhere.

Here's everything you need to know about Thursday's game, including time, date, TV and streaming info, and more:
