What channel is FSU vs. Florida basketball on today? Time, TV info for men's, women's game

The Florida-Florida State rivalry will do a double dip on the basketball court Friday in Gainesville.

The No. 13 FSU women's basketball team will tip off against the Florida Gators before the FSU and UF men's teams take the court at the O'Connell Center on Friday night.

The Seminoles women's team is 2-0 after a thrilling 92-91 win over then-No. 12 Tennessee last week. Sophomore guard Ta'Niya Latson, who was named to the preseason Wooden Award watch list, scored 20 points while junior O'Mariah Gordon led FSU with 22 points. FSU coach Brooke Wyckoff, who recently had surgery to treat a breast cancer diagnosis, said college basketball fans "got a show."

The Florida women's team is 3-0 after beating FAMU 92-54 on Monday. Senior guard Aliyah Matharu paces the Gators with 20.7 points per game, while center Ra Shaya Kyle has put up 15 points and 11 rebounds per game for coach Kelly Rae Finley.

On the men's side, Leonard Hamilton's FSU team is 2-0 after two straight 94-67 wins to start the season, beating Kennesaw State and Central Michigan. Six Seminoles are averaging at least 10 points per game, led by guard Darin Green Jr. and his 17 ppg.

The UF men's team is 2-1, coming off an 89-68 win over FAMU. Sophomore Riley Kugel leads the way with 14 points per game, while both Tyrese Samuel and Micah Handlogten are averaging near double-doubles. The Gators are coached by Todd Golden.
