What channel is the Dolphins game on? Time, TV info for Chargers games in Week 1
It's time to kick off the Miami Dolphins' season of expectations.
The Dolphins hope this year, which starts with a trip west against the Los Angeles Chargers, ends with a trip to Las Vegas and the Super Bowl. The hype started last year when they added Tyreek Hill to a roster that already featured a star-studded defense and promising young talent on offense in quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and receiver Jaylen Waddle.
But injuries deflated the 2022 Dolphins, with Tagovailoa missing four games because of multiple concussions. Pro Bowl tackle Terron Armstead also missed the end of the season, and the depleted Dolphins lost their wild-card playoff game at the Buffalo Bills.
The injury bug is still hanging around Miami, as Armstead is out again with lower-body injuries and prized offseason acquisition Jalen Ramsey will miss most of the season with a torn meniscus. Running Jeff Wilson is starting the year on the injured list, leaving Raheem Mostert, Salvon Ahmed and rookie De'Von Achane to run the backfield. If Tagovailoa were to go down against the Chargers, Mike White is the backup quarterback.
