The Colorado State football team has its first flight of the 2023 season this weekend.

The Rams played on the road last week, but a driving trip to Boulder. This week's game at Middle Tennessee marks the latest date for CSU to get on a plane for a game since the 2016 season (the 2020 COVID year notwithstanding).

It's a trip for what sets up to be an intriguing Group of 5 matchup between two teams with bowl hopes, but who have lost two games vs. Power 5 foes this season.
