Which central Ohio high school girls basketball teams made third AP poll of 2024?

The Newark Catholic girls basketball team picked up a first-place vote while holding at No. 3 in Division IV in the latest Ohio Associated Press rankings. The Green Wave defeated Utica (48-42) and Johnstown (52-21) to move to 14-0.

Circleville, ranked fifth in Division II, also is 14-0.

Olentangy is No. 1 in Division I for the second week in a row despite suffering its first loss. The Braves (15-1) fell to Olentangy Liberty 51-40 on Saturday.
