After much speculation after a second-round exit in the NBA playoffs against the Boston Celtics, the Cavs fired head coach J.B. Bickerstaff on Thursday.
In four full seasons and part of another, Bickerstaff had a record of 170-159 as coach in Cleveland. That includes 99 wins the last two seasons. He finished fourth in NBA Coach of the Year voting for the 2022-23 season.
