Defensive line

J.J. Watt, 51; Leki Fotu, 29; Michael Dogbe, 24; Jordan Phillips, 21; Jonathan Ledbetter, 10; Rashard Lawrence, 3

Lawrence got hurt early in the game, which is likely what led to Ledbetter getting playing time. Watt played a ton and Phillips got his first work of the year.

Markus Golden, 43; Devon Kennard, 34; Dennis Gardeck, 18; Kylie Fitts, 9

Isaiah Simmons played every snap and got a few off the edge. It was extended playing time for Kennard for the first time all year.

Inside linebacker

Jordan Hicks, 59; Isaiah Simmons, 59; Zaven Collins, 16; Joe Walker, 2

Walker played only two snaps. I must have noticed him on both snaps because I wondered why he was playing. Collins’ playing time went down. Hicks continues to be an every-down player.

Cornerbacks

Byron Murphy, 59; Marco Wilson, 56; Robert Alford, 41

The ribs weren’t an issue for Murphy or Wilson.

Safety

Budda Baker, 59; Jalen Thompson, 56

The only snaps that Thompson was off the field were when they went with a goalline defense.
