Cape & Islands High School Girls Lacrosse awards announced. Who made the All-Star team?
The Cape & Islands League recently announced the All-Stars for high school girls lacrosse.
There were 37 players that were selected to the All-Star team, while 12 more were honorable mentions.
For the Atlantic Division, Bailey Lower won her second straight MVP (Lighthouse Division MVP last season) while Lucy Mawn took home MVP honors for the Lighthouse Division.
For the Lighthouse Division, Nantucket led the way with five selections, while it was a three-way tie (Martha's Vineyard, Monomoy, Sturgis West) with four players for the Lighthouse Division. There are also five freshmen on this list.
Sturgis East (Lighthouse) and Nauset (Atlantic) earned Team Sportsmanship Awards.
