Cape & Islands high school boys basketball awards announced. Who made the All-Star team?

For the Cape and Islands League boys basketball season, 29 players were selected as All-Stars.

Six teams (Barnstable, Martha's Vineyard, Dennis-Yarmouth, Nantucket, Falmouth Academy, and Monomoy) made the MIAA state tournament. Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Monomoy each made it the farthest with Sweet 16 appearances.

Here's the list of the All-Star players who helped those teams make it to the playoffs.
