Bucs make practice squad elevations ahead of Week 15 matchup

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are making some more practice squad elevations ahead of their Week 15 game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
The team announced it was set to elevate safety Richard LeCounte and corner Derek Pitts from the practice. This is to account for depth with injuries to Carlton Davis and Ryan Neal, but it’s also telling in who the team did not elevate — long snapper Evan Deckers, which seems to imply that long snapper Zach Triner will play on Sunday.
Derrek Pitts had initially been signed to Tampa Bay’s 53-man roster at the beginning of the year before he was released and then brought back to the practice squad. LeCounte was elevated due to safety Ryan Neal being downgraded to out, and with Deckers remaining on the practice squad, it seems as if Triner will be good to go on Sunday.
