Browns WR Massaquoi leaves game with head injury

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi left Friday's preseason game against the Detroit Lions with a head injury after catching Brandon Tweeden's first NFL pass in the first quarter, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported.

Massaquoi has missed parts of the last two seasons for concussion-related symptoms. The Browns were expecting him to break out this season.

Massaquoi, a second round pick in 2009, had a career-low 31 receptions for 384 yards in 13 starts last year.
