Browns Draft: Safety target JL Skinner tears pectoral training for combine

Boise State safety and Cleveland Browns 2023 NFL Draft prospect JL Skinner caught a tough break tearing his pectoral muscle before the NFL Combine. Skinner was a raw prospect that needs refinement but has a lot of fun tools to work with and turn into a good player. This will undoubtedly affect his draft stock as he will likely miss a large portion of the season if he plays at all.

Last season Michigan’s David Ojabo fell out of the first round after tearing his Achilles but didn’t fall too far. A tough break for an intriguing prospect that released a statement that he would be back better than ever.
