Broncos vs. Raiders preview: Prediction, odds, how to watch Sunday's game

Week 18 in the NFL this year is full of exciting games with big playoff implications.

The Denver Broncos' (8-8) season finale against the Las Vegas Raiders (7-9) on Sunday is not one of those games.

Both teams have been eliminated from playoff contention, with the Chiefs most recently dashing the Broncos' playoff hopes in Week 17. Their defeat of the Bengals clinched an eighth straight AFC West title for Kansas City and pushed both Cincinnati and Denver out of the playoff picture.

The Raiders were mathematically eliminated after their loss to the Colts last Sunday, guaranteeing a second straight losing season for Las Vegas.

Here's everything to know about this AFC West finale.

Broncos vs. Raiders predictions

USA TODAY: All five analysts pick the Raiders to win

Victoria Hernandez writes, "Raiders 20, Broncos 17... Antonio Pierce has one more chance to prove that he should be the full-time head coach and Las Vegas knows Jarrett Stidham is far from a franchise quarterback. The drama around benching Russell Wilson will be enough of a distraction for the Raiders to swoop in and snatch another win in this bitter rivalry."

The Arizona Republic: Raiders 24, Broncos 14

Jeremy Cluff writes, "One of the few games on the schedule that doesn't have NFL Playoff implications. It could have head coaching implications for Raiders interim coach Antonio Pierce."

ESPN: Raiders favored to win at home

ESPN Analytics give Las Vegas a 54.1% chance to win its eighth game of the season. The Broncos have a 45.6% chance to secure a winning record on the season according to the same model.
