Brett Baty hits grand slam as Syracuse Mets top Columbus Clippers 6-4

Recap: Brett Baty was 2 for 4 with a grand slam and five RBIs for Syracuse. Baty's two-out blast off Jerad Eickhoff (1-3) put the Mets ahead 4-1 in the third. Johnathan Rodriguez and Raynel Delgado hit home runs for Columbus, but the Clippers managed only four other hits. Besides Baty's slam, Eickhoff allowed only one other hit in his five innings.
