Bracketology: ESPN’s Joe Lunardi’s final update has Clemson facing a Mountain West opponent
Brad Brownell and the Clemson men’s basketball team are going dancing this season, but they have yet to know their fate in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
With today being selection Sunday, the Tigers will know who they will face in the first round of the tournament sooner rather than later. ESPN’s Joe Lunardi recently updated his bracketology for the tournament, with Clemson earning a No. 7 seed. According to Lunardi’s projections, the Tigers will face the Mountain West conference’s Colorado State in the first round.
In Lunardi’s update, the ACC is well represented, with North Carolina snagging the No. 1 seed in the West, Duke the No. 4 seed in the East, and ACC Champs NC State’s No. 11 seed in the East.
We’ll see how strong Lunardi’s projections end up being.
