TEA — Watertown High School's boys and girls soccer teams wrapped up the regular season by splitting matches against Class A Tea Area on Saturday.

The Arrow boys (7-4-3) posted a 3-2 win over Tea Area. The Arrow girls (3-10-1) fell 3-0 to the top-rated Class A Titans.

Tommy Foley scored two goals, including the game winner on a 30-yard free kick to the top left corner. He also had the game-winning field goal on Friday night in Watertown's high school football win over Aberdeen Central.

Skyler Stanton added the other goal on a corner kick. Foley has seven goals and Stanton six this season. Goalkeeper Owen Muller made five saves.

"We played a solid game. We had a lot of good chances," Watertown boys head coach Jesse Hauck said. "We will need to finish a couple more of those, but we still did a good job of possessing, finding runners and getting good chances. We also played solid defense against a very fast top end."

Watertown's girls finished with 11 shots, four on goal. Aspen Reynolds had three shots on goal, and goalkeeper Madison Enstad recorded nine saves.

Watertown's boys are the ninth seed for the state Class AA playoffs and will visit eighth-seeded Aberdeen Central (8-4-0) at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday in a first-round match. The 15th-seeded Arrow girls visit second-seeded Harrisburg (13-1-0). The Arrow teams are looking to avenge 3-0 (boys) and 9-0 (girls) regular-season losses in the playoffs.
