Boston’s Jaylen Brown continues underwater offseason training routine

It’s hard enough to make the NBA, never mind flourishing in it as a role player or a star. Each level of development requires increasingly intensive levels of focus and dedication to reach and then maintain the new performance levels. As players develop, unorthodox methods to train the body and the mind become more and more common.

Such is the case with Boston Celtics star wing Jaylen Brown, who has been doing underwater workouts this summer. The Georgia native was recently recorded doing one of those workouts with some fairly hefty weights involved for good measure.
