Boston Celtics vs. Brooklyn Nets: Injuries and likely starting lineups
The Boston Celtics make the trip to New York City’s Barclays Center to face the Brooklyn Nets in the first installment of an away-and-home, back-to-back series with their Atlantic Division opponent on Tuesday night.
They will do so facing a fairly healthy Nets roster, with only forward Cam Johnson out with a left adductor strain and Dariq Whitehead sitting with a left shin stress reaction. On the Celtics’ side of the injury report, Boston will be without the services of new additions Xavier Tillman, Sr. and Jaden Springer, who will sit with left knee injury management and right ankle impingement, respectively.
Star Celtics center Kristaps Porizingis is also listed as questionable with a lower back contusion.
