Boomer Esiason's appearance with CBS' "NFL Today" crew in a Las Vegas-themed parody of "The Hangover" didn't include a reference to the Cincinnati Bengals, the team for which he starred for 10 seasons.

But it did show off the Bengals Ring of Honor inductee's acting chops in a funny segment.

Esiason wakes up in a hotel suite with a tattoo on his forehead. Former San Francisco 49ers great and Bengals villain Jerry Rice also makes an appearance, as a "GOAT." So does actor Ed Helms, who starred in "The Hangover" movies.

From @NFLonCBS via Twitter:

During NFL on CBS' pregame analysis, Esiason shared praise of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, but finished with a joke.

"When he retires, (Kelce) will make a great bodyguard for Taylor Swift," Esiason quipped.
