Here are the Gadsden area top performers for Week 10 high school football action and state tournament volleyball play for the week ending on Nov. 3:

Football

Albertville's Des Revolte caught seven passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns in a 57-16 loss to Guntersville.

Boaz's Tristan Childers ran the ball 22 times for 145 yards and a touchdown in a 48-14 win over Lee Huntsville.

Boaz's Tyler Pierce accounted for four touchdowns, two on the ground and two in the air.

Cherokee County's Jacob Cornejo ran for 155 yards in a 21-14 loss to Fort Payne.

Cherokee County's Carson Tittle went 10 of 19 for 124 yards and two touchdowns.

Etowah's Dayton Porter ran for 120 yards and two touchdowns in a 45-27 loss to Southside.

Etowah's Jameson Scissum threw for two touchdowns.

Fort Payne's Kaden Dubose ran for a touchdown.

Fort Payne's Bennett Blanks ran for two touchdowns.

Glencoe's Aaron Mann ran for four touchdowns in a 48-20 win over West End.

Guntersville's Date Peterson returned an interception for a touchdown in a 57-16 win over Albertville.

Guntersville's Enelson Delva ran for 130 yards and two scores.

Guntersville's Avery Clifton ran for two touchdowns.

Guntersville's Jordan Julyon ran for 86 yards and a touchdown.

Guntersville's Camp Green ran for two touchdowns.

Hokes Bluff's Bryce Whitaker ran for 148 yards and a touchdown in a 48-20 loss to Sardis.

Piedmont's Ish Bethel had three receptions for 116 yards.

Piedmont's Luke Reinhart caught two touchdowns.

Piedmont's William Gumm ran for 166 yards and a touchdown.

Sardis Brian Chapman went 16 of 19 for 332 yards and four touchdowns in a 48-20 win over Hokes Bluff. He added a rushing touchdown.

Sardis Conner Lowry caught four passes for 182 yards and a touchdown.

Sardis Eli Morton caught seven passes for 114 yards and three touchdowns.

Sardis Alex Davis blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown.

Southside's Jordyn Bryan scored three touchdowns, two through the air and one on the ground in a 45-27 win over Etowah.

Southside's Koal Garrett scored a receiving and rushing touchdown.

Southside's Mason Teague ran for 220 yards and two touchdowns.

West End's Tristan Chaney had 81 receiving yards and two touchdowns in a 48-20 loss to Glencoe.

West End's Rock Sainsbury ran for 120 yards and a touchdown while adding a 55-yard reception.

West End's Marty Wooten went 6 of 12 for 115 yards and two touchdowns with 54 rushing yards and a score. He added an interception on defense.

Thursday, Nov. 2

Collinsville's Mason McAteer went 8 of 15 for 296 yards and two touchdowns while running for 41 more yards in a 27-22 win over Valley Head.

Collinsville's Quintavious Rogers ran for 38 yards while adding 131 receiving yards and two scores.

Fyffe's Logan Anderson ran for 202 yards and three touchdowns in a 21-10 win over Sylvania.

Geraldine's Jaxon Colvin ran for 124 yards and two touchdowns while throwing for 96 yards and two more scores in a 63-6 win over Hatton.

Geraldine's Carlos Mann accounted for 120 yards and four touchdowns, two on the ground and two receiving scores.

Volleyball

Thursday, Nov. 2

Spring Garden's Ace Austin had 26 kills and 14 digs while earning MVP honors in the Panthers state title win.

Spring Garden's Avery Steward had 40 assists.

Wednesday, November 1

Cherokee County's Macy Lea had 25 assists in an Elite Eight loss.

Plainview's Chloe Hatch won MVP honors after 16 kills and 10 digs in a 3-1 win over Mobile Christian to clinch the 3A State championship.

Plainview's Ali Price recorded 46 assists and 14 digs.

Sand Rock's Katelyn St. Clair had 18 kills and 11 digs as the Wildcats fell 3-0 in the state title game vs. Pleasant Valley.

Sand Rock's Rylin St. Clair had 20 assists.

Sand Rock's Chloe Stephens had a team-high 13 digs.

Spring Garden's Ace Austin had 38 kills in two matches to send the Panthers to the state championship game

Spring Garden's Avery Steward had 68 assists.

Tuesday, October 31

Geraldine's Brooklyn Hall had 18 kills, 11 digs, nine aces and six blocks in a Elite Eight win over Prattville Christian.

Plainview's Ali Price had 76 assist sand 31 digs in two wins to send Plainview to the state championship.

Plainview's Chloe Hatch had 29 digs and six kills.

Sand Rock's Katelyn St. Clair had 51 kills and 30 digs with three blocks in two wins to send the Wildcats to the state championship game.

Sand Rock's Rylin St. Clair had 68 assists with 14 digs and five assists.

Sand Rock's Chloe Stephens had 37 digs and five aces.
