Bills rule OL Spencer Brown out for game vs. Dolphins

The Bills have ruled starting right tackle Spencer Brown out for the remainder of their Week 3 contest against the Dolphins.

The team announced that Brown suffered a heat-related illness and is unable to return to the contest.

Brown was ruled out early in the second half. Soon after, several other Bills players needed extra timeouts during the game because of the heat.

Replacing Brown in the lineup is David Quessenberry.

Along with Brown being ruled out, receiver Jake Kumerow was as well. He sustained an ankle injury.

Bills Wire will provide future updates as information is made available.
