MINTY BETS: We've got UFC Fight Night taking place this Saturday in beautiful Orlando, Florida. I'm Minty Bets, joined by Kevin Iole to give us his best bet for the welterweight main event. The main event features Kevin Holland at minus 145 and Stephen Thompson at plus 120. What are your thoughts on this fight, Kevin?
KEVIN IOLE: Well, first of all, Minty, I think it's a much, much, much better matchup for Kevin Holland than that Khamzat Chimaev fight that he took on short notice at UFC 279. Chimaev with that great wrestling-- you're not going to beat Khamzat Chimaev unless you have an unbelievable wrestling background, which Kevin doesn't.
But now we have Stephen Thompson, who's one of the best strikers in the UFC, going against Kevin Holland who, coincidentally, is one of the best strikers in the UFC. This is going to be an awesome stand-up fight, I think. But I'm going to go with the experience here, Minty. I think Stephen Thompson is the more experienced fighter. He's fought high-level competition. He's won against high-level competition.
He really needs a win in this spot, I think, to keep himself right up there in the rankings. So I am going to go with Wonderboy Thompson by decision here. I don't think either guy finishes the other. I think this is going to be a really good fight. It would be a huge win for Holland if he pulls it off, but I kind of like Stephen Thompson here.
