Bengals have ‘mini-scuffle’ on first day of training camp before Joe Burrow TD

The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t waste any time getting serious on the first day of training camp.

Roughly one hour into the first practice after training camp opened on Wednesday, a small scuffle broke out.

According to The Athletic’s Paul Dehner Jr., Orlando Brown Jr. was right in the middle of the “mini-scuffle” that was quickly settled.

On the play after, Joe Burrow hit Tee Higgins for a touchdown over the likes of Nick Scott in the defensive secondary.

We’ll see if more comes of this throughout the day and into the next week, but Bengals players and coaches weren’t exaggerating about the expected intensity in camp this year as they look to get back to the playoffs.
