Bemidji takes down Grand Rapids with Bieber's clean sheet, Voge's 2 goals

Oct. 3—BEMIDJI — The Bemidji High School girls soccer team took care of business on Tuesday night at Bemidji Middle School, knocking off Grand Rapids 3-0.

The win brings the Lumberjacks to 9-5 this season. Hannah Voge scored two goals, one in the 18th minute and a second in the 20th off an assist from Addy McCrady. Lily Paquette gave BHS an additional cushion with her second-half goal, scoring in the 44th minute off an assist from Matjea Malterud.

Jacks goalkeeper Clara Bieber compiled another clean sheet with seven saves. Grand Rapids' Maggie MacLean stopped 14 shots on goal.
