Beavers do it again, pull off another comeback in the final hour over rival MSU

Nov. 18—MANKATO — Saturday night was bananas, but the Bemidji State men's hockey team has grown accustomed to it.

Seven days removed from the Beavers' largest comeback in Division I history, they had the college hockey world buzzing again. They trailed 5-2, then 6-4 against Minnesota State before scoring three times in the final 6:02 to beat the Mavericks 7-6. Here's a look at how it all played out.

Jere Vaisanen got the scoring started 2:34 into the first period with assists from Kyle Looft and Eric Martin. Looft and Martin then assisted on Austin Jouppi's goal 33 seconds later.
