Here are the high school baseball results around Springfield from Friday and Saturday:

Saturday's results

JACKSONVILLE ROUTT 13, GILLESPIE 3 (6 innings): At Jacksonville, Isaac Long unleashed two doubles and finished with three RBIs and two runs.

Nolan Turner and Conrad Charpentier each reached home three times. Brock Runyon tallied the win in 4 1/3 innings. He allowed three hits, five walks and no earned runs with eight strikeouts.

JACKSONVILLE ROUTT 9, ROCHESTER 5: At Jacksonville, Conrad Charpentier totaled two doubles with four RBIs to carry the Rockets (16-5) to another nonconference win.

Bryson Mossman also doubled and scored two runs. Dalton Brown chipped in two hits. Brady Turner threw a complete game and allowed four earned runs on 11 hits and three walks with three strikeouts.

Jack Swaney led Rochester with three hits and two runs while Jett Myren and Parker Lyons had two hits apiece.

ROCHESTER 16, GILLESPIE 3 (5 innings): At Jacksonville, Tyson Binion went 3-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs in the nonconference win.

Binion doubled and tripled in the leadoff spot. Adan Nieves and Jorey Myren each had two hits and two RBIs. Sean Plessa got the win with two hits, three walks and one unearned run allowed over four innings with three strikeouts.

WILLIAMSVILLE 13, PAXTON-BUCKLEY-LODA 1 (5 innings): At Monticello, Nathan Simko uncorked two doubles and finished with three hits, three RBIs and two runs in the nonconference win.

Kyle Carter hit a two-run homer in the third inning while Brayden Saling had two hits. Saling also got the win in three innings. He gave up one unearned run on four hits and no walks with four strikeouts.

MONTICELLO 7, WILLIAMSVILLE 6: At Monticello, Eli Craft smashed the go-ahead home run in the fifth inning to complete the comeback win for the Sages.

Williamsville scored six runs in the top of the second inning before giving up six runs in the bottom half. Monticello’s Koyie Williams unleashed a grand slam in that stretch.

Brody Billedo earned the win in four innings with seven strikeouts. He gave up just one hit and two walks with no runs.

Kyle Carter and Joe Catalano each had a hit and two RBIs for Williamsville.

SPRINGFIELD HIGH 4, GRANITE CITY 1: At Robin Roberts Stadium, Seth Impson homered in the fifth and led the Senators with two hits, two RBIs and two runs.

Jude Romanotto also supplied two hits and a run. Leadoff hitter Enrico Veach had a hit and run. Sam Hartl picked up the win in 5 1/3 innings with four hits, one walk and one unearned run allowed. He had two strikeouts.

LINCOLN 3, TAYLORVILLE 2: At Lincoln, Colbie Glenn and Trey Schilling each had RBIs in the second inning and the Railsplitters prevailed in a nonconference meeting.

Wes Tedrick walked with the bases loaded for a 3-0 lead in the third. Clark Durbin narrowed the gap to one run with an RBI double for Taylorville.

Parker Graue picked up the win in 6 2/3 innings. He yielded one earned run on four hits and one walk allowed with three strikeouts. Glenn sealed the win with a strikeout.

LINCOLN 12, ANNAWAN/WEATHERSFIELD 9: At Lincoln, the Railers came back from a 9-3 deficit by scoring the final nine runs in posting a win.

Lincoln scored five in the fourth and two each in the fifth and sixth innings. Brenden Wurth finished 2-for-4 with a double and drove in four runs. Michael Lucas and Glenn both went 3-for-5 and combined to score five runs at the top of the order.

Trey Schilling had a double and ended with 2-for-3 with three RBIs.

TAYLORVILLE 6, ANNAWAN/WEATHERSFIELD 2: At Lincoln, Jacob McWard had a two-RBI single in the third inning en route to a nonconference win.

Kade Beckmier, Colton Gatton and Isacc Repscher each supplied two hits. Blake Ladage got the win in a complete game. He allowed two unearned runs on four hits and three walks with six strikeouts.

LEXINGTON 11, MOUNT PULASKI 1 (6 innings): At Lexington, Preston Wiltz dished out two hits, two RBIs and two runs to lead the Minutemen in handing Mount Pulaski (12-1) its first loss.

Jaxson Goodrich struck out five in five innings with one unearned run allowed on three hits and three walks.

Landon Smith took the loss in three innings with six runs allowed, but one earned. He struck out six with four hits and three walks allowed.

NOKOMIS 2, HILLBSORO 0: At Hillsboro, Drake Taylor and Izaak Doyen combined to throw a shutout for NHS.

The duo allowed just two hits and two walks. Taylor got the win in five innings with two hits and one walk allowed with four strikeouts. Brenton Lyons recorded two hits while Saint Newman had a hit and RBI.

Dylan Lessman took the loss in six innings. He surrendered two runs on five hits and no walks with four strikeouts.

LITCHFIELD 3, RAYMOND LINCOLNWOOD 0: At Hillsboro, Tate Dobrinich hurled a complete game and allowed just two hits and no walks with nine strikeouts for the win.

He also delivered a solo home run in the fourth inning. Mathew Bywater scored twice with one hit and one walk.

Jonah Elvidge suffered the loss in five innings. He struck out six with two earned runs allowed on four hits and three walks.

LITCHFIELD 4, NOKOMIS 0: At Hillsboro, Ethan Saathoff tallied the win on the mound with seven strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings.

He gave up three hits and three walks in a shutout victory. He also provided two hits with a double and RBI. Drake Gasperson also had two hits.

Mathew Bywater led the offense with three hits, including a double.

RAYMOND LINCOLNWOOD 16, HILLSBORO 5 (5 innings): At Hillsboro, Mason Tryon went 3-for-3 with three RBIs and four runs in the rout.

Jonah Elvidge also went 3-for-3 on the day with three RBIs and three runs. Tryon and Elvidge each had a double. Drew Gilpin had three RBIs despite no hits.

Kennady Cook took the win in four innings. He struck out five and allowed two hits, no walks and no runs.

NEW BERLIN 11, GREENFIELD/NORTHWESTERN 3: At Greenfield, Lucas Bixby cranked out two home runs and totaled four RBIs in the nonconference win.

That included a three-run homer to right field in the fifth inning. Gannon Dodd supplied three hits. Reid Hepperly, Nolan Hart and Wesley Preckwinkle each had two hits.

Wyatt Frantz took the win in 2 2/3 innings with three hits, two walks and two earned runs allowed with one strikeout.

GREENFIELD/NORTHWESTERN 6, NEW BERLIN 5: At Greenfield, Griffin Rothe furnished the walk-off solo home run in the seventh inning for the Tigers.

New Berlin’s Gannon Dodd tied the game up on a bases-loaded walk in the sixth. Rockman Prince led the Pretzels with two hits and a run.

Greenfield’s Talon Albrecht recorded the win in two innings. He struck out three and allowed two walks, one hit and no runs.

PETERSBURG PORTA 9, CAMP POINT CENTRAL 4: At Liberty, Drew Atwater went 3-for-5 with three RBIs in the nonconference win.

Kendall Davis had a hit and two RBIs. Barrett Morse, Drew Marr and Brady Kinney each scored twice. Nash Donnan tallied the win with six hits and three earned runs allowed over 4 1/3 innings. He struck out two and walked two.

PETERSBURG PORTA 12, LIBERTY 9: At Liberty, leadoff hitter and relief pitcher Drew Atwater finished 5-for-5 at the plate to lead PORTA to a win.

Atwater drove in two runs and PORTA finished with a whopping 21 hits with nine for extra bases. Kendall Davis went 4-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs, while Levi Hoagland recorded three hits with a double, a triple and three RBIs.

Atwater threw five innings for the win. He gave up two hits and one earned run with three strikeouts and five walks.

WARRENSBURG-LATHAM 11, ATHENS 1 (5 innings): At Warrensburg, Nathan Southern struck out nine in a complete game victory. He gave up one run on four hits and no walks allowed.

Jarrett Doolin had two hits and two RBIs for the Cardinals. Brady Shipp led Athens with two hits.

CLINTON 2, RIVERTON 1: At Riverton, Brock Wilson prevailed in a pitcher’s duel in a complete game victory for the Maroons. He struck out five while allowing one run on four hits and three walks.

Isaac Crumrine took the loss despite two unearned runs in six innings. He gave up six hits and three walks with five strikeouts. Bradley Armstrong supplied two hits for the Hawks.

HAMILTON WEST HANCOCK 17, BEARDSTOWN 10 (4 innings): At Beardstown, Grayson Conkright homered and finished with two hits, four RBIs and two runs. Gustavo Cortes hit a grand slam in the fourth for Beardstown.

ALTAMONT 8, BEARDSTOWN 0 (6 innings): At Beardstown, Tanner Riddell totaled 10 strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings while Ethan Robbins had a solo home run in the opening frame. Robbins finished with two hits and three RBIs in the shutout win.

WHITE HALL NORTH GREENE 17, LUTHERAN 2 (4 innings): At White Hall, Garret Hazelwonder wound up with three hits, four RBIs and three runs to lead North Greene, including a triple and double. Bradley Barfield picked up the win with eight strikeouts. He also had a triple at the plate.

HAVANA 8, FARMINGTON 1: At Farmington, Carter Brooks struck out nine in 6 2/3 innings to get the win for the Ducks.

He gave up one run on four hits and three walks while delivering two hits at the plate. Jaron Boggs homered and finished with two hits and two runs. Landon Oatman had two hits and two RBIs.

Friday's results

CHATHAM GLENWOOD 4, MOUNT ZION 2: At Chatham, the host Titans tallied all four runs in the third inning and three pitchers combined to cement the nonconference win.

Cru Erickson delivered the game-tying RBI single to bring home leadoff hitter Joe Anderson and Mason Marshall scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch after belting out a double to center field.

Erickson also scored on a wild pitch. Jace Easley ended the scoring spree with an RBI single and finished with two hits.

Adam Wahlbrink, Caleb Chamberlain and Ryan Dunbar combined to allow just five hits, no walks and one earned run. Chamberlain picked up the win in four innings. He struck out six with four hits and one earned run allowed.

Sam Driscoll took the loss for Mount Zion despite seven strikeouts. He gave up six hits, one walk and four runs.

PLEASANT PLAINS 10, SPRINGFIELD HIGH 0 (6 innings): At Pleasant Plains, the top three hitters for Plains combined for six hits, seven runs and three RBIs in the Cardinals’ nonconference win.

Plains (12-2) struck early with five runs in the first inning and starting pitcher Taylor Brewer was in control on the mound. Brewer threw a complete game three-hitter on 46 pitches without recording a strikeout or a walk.

Grady Grisham (2-for-3, two RBIs) had a run-scoring double and Owen Johnson produced a two-run single in the first. Drew Green chipped in an RBI single and a two-run base hit for the Cardinals.

Charlie Severino and Cooper Schallenberg collaborated with two hits apiece, scored five runsand notched an RBI.

BARTONVILLE LIMESTONE 2, JACKSONVILLE 1: At Bartonville, Evan Daxenbichler hit a walk-off single with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning and the Crimsons lost a nonconference game.

Jacksonville led 1-0 in the first when Cody Fry delivered an RBI single. Limestone tied the game at one apiece on an RBI single by Gino Holt.

Jacksonville starter Hayden Hicks threw six innings for a no-decision and allowed two hits with five strikeouts and four walks. Reliever Anderson Decker took the loss, throwing the final 2 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked zero and gave up three hits.

RIVERTON 14, LANPHIER 4 (6 innings): At Riverton, the Hawks scored five runs each in the first and fourth innings and pulled away for a nonconference win.

Cole Howard highlighted the first inning by delivering a two-run double and came home to give Riverton a 5-0 lead. Lanphier got within 5-4, scoring three runs on a Riverton error and a balk by starting pitcher Ethen Bates in the third. Skyler Russell had an RBI single in the fourth.

But Bates ripped a two-run double, Files plated a run with a single and Riverton took a 10-4 lead on a Lanphier error in the bottom-half. Bradley Armstrong finished 3-for-5 and Ethan Giberson went 2-for-3 with two runs scored for Riverton.

Bates allowed four hits, striking out seven and walking six in the complete game win.

JACKSONVILLE ROUTT 13, SOUTHEAST 2 (5 innings): At Southeast, Isaac Long went 4-for-4 with two runs and the Rockets compiled 11 hits in the nonconference win.

Bryson Mossman supplied two hits with an RBI and two runs while A.J. Charpentier had a hit with four RBIs and a run.

Charpentier earned the win in a complete game. He gave up one earned run on six hits, three walks with four strikeouts. Tim Herrington and Brayden Twist each had two hits for Southeast.

LITCHFIELD 7, NORTH MAC 2: At Litchfield, Mathew Bywater led off with a double and the Purple Panthers chalked up three runs in the opening frame to pick up a South Central Conference win.

Carson Saathoff followed with an RBI single to center field before scoring on a wild pitch. Drake Gasperson later scored on another wild pitch to end the inning.

Ethan Saathoff tripled and finished with two hits and two RBIs. Gasperson also had two hits and scored twice while getting the win in 5 1/3 innings of work. He gave up one earned run on one hit and three walks with five strikeouts.

HILLSBORO 11, CARLINVILLE 1 (5 innings): At Hillsboro, an eight-run fourth inning catapulted the Hiltoppers to a victory.

Nathan Matoush finished 3-for-4 with an RBI double and Elliot Lentz went 2-for-2 with two runs and an RBI. Clayton Rufus drove in three runs and scored once without getting a hit. Hillsboro finished with 10 walks.

Matoush started on the mound and struck out 13. He walked one and yielded four hits and one earned run.

BEARDSTOWN 12, BUSHNELL-PRAIRIE CITY 0 (4 innings): At Beardstown, Gustavo Cortes went 2-for-3 with a double and four RBIs and pitcher Zach DeSollar threw a four-inning no-hitter to lead the Tigers.

A five-run outburst in the bottom of the first and fourth innings opened the floodgates for Beardstown. Ryder Hamlin finished 2-for-3 with a double and drove in two runs and Ethan Heller opened the scoring with a two-run single in the first.

DeSollar struck out seven and walked one.

RAYMOND LINCOLNWOOD 17, MULBERRY GROVE 4 (5 innings): At Mulberry Grove, Jonah Elvidge finished 4-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs, and the Lancers totaled 13 hits in the onslaught.

Drew Gilpin supplied two hits with two RBIs and two runs while Mason Tryon tallied three hits with two RBIs and three runs. Landon Weitekamp had a triple.

Izeck Matli struck out six in three innings. He gave up two hits and four walks and two unearned runs.

GILLESPIE 14, STAUNTON 4 (5 innings): At Gillespie, the Miners scored seven runs in the first two innings and finished with 13 hits to record a South Central Conference win.

Tristen Wargo (3-for-3, two runs) had a two-run triple and Bryce Hohnsbehn (2-for-4, two runs) drove in two runs with a double in the second inning. Jesse Berry finished 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Wargo was the winning pitcher, tossing 3 1/3 innings. He struck out seven, walked one and gave up three earned runs on four hits.  

NOKOMIS 17, LUTHERAN 2 (4 innings): At Nokomis, Saint Newman and Levi German provided the 1-2 punch at the top of the batting order as NHS won an MSM Conference game.

Newman finished 2-for-3, scored four runs and had three RBIs in the leadoff spot, while German was 2-for-3 with a double, drove in three runs and scored twice.

Brenton Lyons and Ian Keller (three runs) had two hits apiece and two RBIs each for Nokomis.

GREENVILLE 7, PANA 1: At Greenville, Hudson Alstat fanned eight in a complete game to lead the Comets to a South Central Conference win.

He surrendered four hits, four walks and one run. Cole File had two doubles for Pana.

RUSHVILLE-INDUSTRY 14, PLEASANT HILL 4 (6 innings): At Rushville, Mason Kessler ushered a triple and finished 3-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs in the Western Illinois Valley Conference win.

Jordan McGinnis, Wyatt Fowler, Bennett Fretueg and Jagger Bartlett also provided two hits for the Rockets. Jackson Spencer picked up the win in six innings. He struck out six and gave up three earned runs on nine hits and three walks.

MOUNT STERLING BROWN COUNTY 10, HAVANA 9: At Mount Sterling, Myer Maxwell (2-for-4, three RBIs) was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning and the Hornets won a walk-off.

Brown County scored twice in the seventh and tied the game at nine apiece when Maverick Henry walked, forcing in a run.

Havana had leads of 7-6 after four innings and 9-6 heading into the bottom-half of the sixth. The Hornets cut their deficit to 9-8 with a pair of runs.

Jaron Boggs collected three doubles, scored twice and had an RBI for Havana. Carter Brooks had a two-run home run and drove in three runs, and Thurston Sisson had a two-run double in the loss.
