Barry Switzer critical of Johnny Manziel

Former Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma coach Barry Switzer was sharply critical of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel.

It must have been Pick On Johnny Football Day because ESPN analyst Ron Jaworski said he wouldn't pick Manziel in the first three rounds.

Switzer told St. Louis CBS Sports 920 Wednesday that he has a problem with Manziel's attitude.

“I don’t like his antics," Switzer said. "I think he’s an arrogant little prick. I’ve said that and I’ll say it again. He’s a privileged kid, he’s embarrassed himself, he’s embarrassed his teammates, he’s embarrassed his coaches.”

Although he ripped Manziel, he still thinks Manziel is a great player.

“For whatever his antics are, he’s the best that I’ve seen," Switzer said. "I have never seen a quarterback in college football… control of the game like he does and put up the numbers he does. It is fantastic what he’s done, against good competition. Game after game after game he puts numbers up that are staggering….. He’s the most dominant, most dynamic college quarterback I’ve ever seen in a long, long time.”
