HOOVER, Ala. — Arkansas baseball will face Kentucky today in the losers bracket of the SEC Tournament, looking to extend its time at the Hoover Met.

The second-seeded Razorbacks (43-13) received a first-round bye before losing to South Carolina in the second round. The Wildcats fell victims to the same fate, bypassing Tuesday's opening action and falling to LSU in the second round.

Hagen Smith (9-0, 1.52 ERA) will start on the mound against the Wildcats. Smith needs six strikeouts to set the single season record at Arkansas.
