Could the Arizona Cardinals trade DeAndre Hopkins during the 2023 NFL Draft?

Speculation continues to swirl around the wide receiver ahead of the draft, which begins with the first round on Thursday.

The Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens and New York Giants are among the teams in the thick of the speculation.

Would Hopkins be a good fit with those teams? What would NFL teams have to give up to acquire Hopkins from Arizona?

Pro Football Focus: Cardinals projected to trade DeAndre Hopkins to Buffalo Bills

Brad Spielberger wrote: "Buffalo is sitting at No. 27 overall and may not be able to add any true difference-makers in the 2023 draft, and the Bills have come up short in the playoffs a few years in a row now. They will very likely not be interested in extending Hopkins, but his addition may also add leverage and buy them time in extension talks with wide receiver Gabriel Davis."

Bleacher Report: Bills, Chiefs, Saints, Giants or Titans could trade for DeAndre Hopkins

Maurice Moton wrote: "Playoff contenders with a need at wide receiver should keep tabs on Hopkins' trade-market value. Also, the Cardinals may be willing to include him in a package deal with the No. 3 overall pick.With that said, we've narrowed down Arizona's potential trade partners to five teams based on roster need, schematic fit and draft circumstances. ESPN: Cardinals should trade DeAndre Hopkins to Giants

Bill Barnwell proposes that the Cardinals send Hopkins and pick No. 34 to the Giants in exchange for the No. 25 overall picks in the 2023 NFL Draft and picks No. 128.

He wrote: "Arizona would be able to move up ahead of the Cowboys and Bengals for much-needed defensive line help, and the cost savings would allow it to get a deal done with presumptive new top wideout Marquise Brown."

Ryan Heckman writes: "If, for some reason, Arizona was okay paying some of the salary, then Baltimore would end up paying a higher price in terms of draft capital, one would think. The Ravens would also be assuming that Jackson is coming back, making a move like that, otherwise the one-year rental of Hopkins wouldn't be worth it."

Josh Wilson writes: "Ultimately, it’s probably now or never for the Hopkins trade this offseason. While I don’t think it’s a lock, I do think this weekend is the most likely time for this trade to go down. Otherwise, I think they may be running it back until the trade deadline."
