Alabama State football DB Mikey Victor signs with New England Patriots as free agent
Former Alabama State football cornerback Mikey Victor is signing with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent, the school announced Saturday evening.
Victor led the SWAC and ranked second in the FCS with 1.7 passes defended per game. He finished with 36 tackles and led the SWAC with 15 passes defended, 13 passes deflections and two interceptions in 2023.

The 6-foot-3, 212-pound cornerback made stops at Ventura College, where he was recognized as a Preseason Junior College All-American, and the University of Las Vegas (UNLV). He transferred to Alabama State in 2022.
He finished with 55 total tackles, three interceptions and 21 pass breakups during his tenure with the Hornets.
