Alabama high school volleyball: See where Tuscaloosa area teams stack up in regional play
The Alabama high school volleyball postseason rolls on, with area tournaments concluding last week.
Fourteen Tuscaloosa area teams have moved onto regional tournaments, which are being held Oct. 25-Oct. 27. Eight Tuscaloosa area teams were crowned area champions — University Charter (1A, Area 6), South Lamar (1A, Area 9), Tuscaloosa Academy (2A, Area 7), Lamar County (2A, Area 11), Greensboro (3A, Area 5), Fayette County (3A, Area 9), Sipsey Valley (4A, Area 7) and Northridge (6A, Area 6).
The regional tournament is split between two locations, with North Regionals taking place at the Huntsville's Von Braun Center, then the South Regionals being held at the Montgomery Multiplex.
